LOT opens Warsaw-Yerevan direct connection
Warsaw,2 July 2010 - The Polish air carrier has launched route between Yerevan, Armenia and the capital of Poland. The new route in the LOT network was created to serve passengers travelling for business or pleasure between Armenia and Poland. Warsaw is also a perfect connection hub for flights to Western Europe, the United States, and Canada.
This newest connection between Yerevan and Warsaw will be carried out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Armenian passengers can arrive in the capital of Poland in three hours and forty five minutes. In addition to the connection to Armenia, LOT has over 50 other routes, making Fryderyk Chopin Airport in Warsaw a perfect transit stop for people travelling to Western European countries, the USA, and Canada.
The new route will also certainly be of great use to Poland’s Armenian minority.
The new route will be served by Embraer 175 aircraft.
