Release of Liability

 

I, ………………………………………………………….., agree to have my return journey  rebooked from Kharkiv in Ukraine to Kiev in Ukraine due to the discontinuation of Flydubai services to Kharkiv and to exchange my ticket, number 176 ………………………… accordingly. I prefer this option over a refund or any other option under Emirates Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage Article 9.2. in particular.

My journey with Emirates therefore originates and terminates in Kiev without further inbound/outbound carriage from/to Kharkiv.  I am aware that no ground or air transportation or accommodation will be provided between Kharkiv and Kiev. I know and acknowledge Emirates Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage which form an integral part of my contract of carriage.  I am satisfied with this arrangement and willingly sign this release.
